Important Information

• The duration of each session is 55 minutes.
• For any cancellation we require a 48 hour notice.
• We do not use shoes in the studio but socks are necessary for the workouts.
• Kindly avoid silver or metallic parts on your clothing or jewelry during exercise
• We suggest comfortable clothing (not restrictive to motion).
